The Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV Services for Key Populations Affected by HIV (LINKAGES) Project is a five-year cooperative agreement funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). LINKAGES is being implemented by FHI 360 since 2014, in partnership with other development agencies. The aim of LINKAGES is to accelerate the ability of governments and key population (KP) organizations to collaboratively plan, deliver and optimize services that reduce HIV transmission among KPs and extend life for those who are HIV positive. Recently, a new component of reaching children of KPs has been included in the ongoing LINKAGES Project, which includes linking children and adolescents to a comprehensive package of services to address their vulnerabilities and support them to lead better lives. In India, the geographic focus of the LINKAGES Project is six high HIV prevalence districts in two states; three districts each in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra; and four districts in the three North Eastern States to implement interventions with children and adolescents of key populations.
