Chemonics seeks a deputy chief of party for the anticipated Venezuelan regional migration program out of USAID/Peru. If implemented, the budget will range from $11 million to $36 million and seek to address critical, unaddressed needs arising from the regional Venezuela crisis. This activity will facilitate the integration of Venezuelan migrants into host countries like Peru and Ecuador. This will occur with a blend of support for initiatives that promote formal labor-market participation and economic integration; focused assistance to selected national and subnational government institutions; and targeted, demand-driven policy changes and procedural reforms to facilitate the socioeconomic integration of Venezuelans into their host countries. Based in Lima, Peru, the deputy chief of party will provide overall leadership and technical oversight for the program activity and deliverables while working alongside USAID missions, host-country partners, and stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
