MPHD seeks a Senior Associate Program Manager to coordinate and execute a wide range of programmatic, compliance, and financial components for the global award.
The ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented and organized team player. The nature of the role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a high level of precision to interface with the donor and project partners. The role is also expected to be highly collaborative with other MPHD team members who are committed to fostering and investing in each other’s success and the success of the project.
In addition to ensuring the project meets its contractual obligations to USAID, this position is expected to build or develop literacy in MNCH/FP/RH and to take on more responsibility in supporting country-level programming as the project progresses. The Senior Associate Program Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager who is responsible for the multi-country portfolio of USAID country buy-ins.
