Resonance is seeking candidates to serve as Chief of Party for an anticipated USAID-funded project focused on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) in Senegal. The contract will holistically assist USAID Senegal in its overall (MEL) needs during the five-year (2021-2026) implementation and subsequent Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).
The Chief of Party will bear primary responsibility for overall leadership, project planning and implementation, and ensuring timely and high-quality expertise and deliverables for USAID. They will serve as the primary point of contact to USAID and contribute to successful, positive relationship with the client and other key stakeholders. The Chief of Party will be accountable for both the quality of the project, as well as for its effective financial and operational management. They will manage a team of technical staff, organizational partners, and short-term consultants. The Chief of Party is responsible for achieving the expected results of the project and solving problems that may arise.
