Winrock is accepting applications for the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Director for an anticipated USAID-funded project in Haiti. The five-year USAID/Haiti Resilient Environment South Activity will protect and restore ecosystem services, including water availability, in areas of most critical need for restoration or conservation in Southern Haiti in terms of landscape degradation, deforestation, vulnerability of communities, and the potential for long-term results. The geographic focus is the Parc Macaya and nearby areas. This position will be based in Haiti, and contingent upon project award.
The Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning will be responsible for overseeing monitoring and evaluation systems and drive the collaborating, learning, and adapting agenda of the USAID/Haiti Resilient Environment South Activity. S/he will design and maintain systems for the accurate and timely collection and analysis of project data. S/he will work closely with the technical team to provide analysis of project interventions and drive improvements to deliver results.
