Why have I not received alert emails?

First, check that you have clicked on the confirmation email we sent you when you signed up. The email may be in your spam folder. If you login to Job Alerts a message will display if you have not confirmed your email address. Second, you will only receive a Job Alert email if there are new jobs meeting your selected categories or countries. If you have any problems or questions please contact us at

Why should I store my details?

Signing up to our Job Alerts means that your details will be available to us to bring you jobs direct to your inbox. In order to get the most from our system, you should update your details regularly.

Who can see my details?

We take your privacy very seriously. You can see our privacy policy here. Your details are only available to people within the EuroJobsites organisation, and selected recruiters that require your skills. Your details are never available to the public, or sold.

There is already a user with the specified details

If you have registered with another EuroJobsites website, you may get this error message when you try to register. Instead you can login using your existing email address and password, and then edit your prefereces for the new site.

How do I update my details later?

Just login to Job Alerts to edit your preferences.

How do I stop receiving alerts?

Just click the unsubscribe link from the bottom of the Job Alert email, or login to Job Alerts and then click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the login page. Enter the email address you registered with, and instructions will be on sent to that address.

How do I change my password?

Once you've logged in, click "Change Password" in the top left where you can enter a new password.
