Project Director, Strengthening Labor and Criminal Law Enforcement to Address Child Labor/Forced Labor/Human Trafficking Project
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for implementing and managing the monitoring and evaluation team and activities, including the coordination of an externally conducted evaluation, and implementing a Comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (CMEP) for a high-quality, results-oriented program to support the reduction of the worst forms of child labor by building local and national capacity in 5 countries.
The M&E Officer will oversee the implementation of the program's monitoring and evaluation activities and data reporting requirements in at least eight countries. S/he will also serve as the liaison and point of contact with external evaluation contractors throughout the life of the project. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bachelor's level degree required, in social sciences, such as statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics or a related field, and/or specialized training/certification in monitoring & evaluation. Master's or PhD preferred.
